Students Deserve Safe Schools
TSTA members, if you are assaulted you must immediately send an email or fill out an incident report and give it to your administrator. If you are required to take any time off to recover from your injury, you are NOT to take any type of accrued leave. When you fill out your attendance form, you will mark “assault leave”, if there is not an option for assault leave then you need to mark “Other” and fill in assault leave.
